    Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to the artwork remain the exclusive property of Ashlee Jamie Art even after purchase.
This applies to original artworks, recreated anime fan art, commissions, prints and any current or future reproductions.

Purchasing any artwork does not grant permission to:

• Mint the piece as an NFT.
• Reproduce, print or distribute it in any form.
• Use the artwork for commercial or personal profit. 

Reproduction of any kind is prohibited without the artist's explicit written consent. However, sharing purchased artwork on social media is always welcome and does not violate this policy. 


Duties & Tax Policy

Our studio operates in Victoria, Australia, and is not responsible for any import fees associated with purchased products, including custom commissions, original artworks and fine art merchandise.

Taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries impose import taxes, while others do not. If applicable, the customs agency will contact the recipient via mail, phone or email to arrange payment before shipment can be delivered.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any duties, value-added tax (VAT), or similar charges. If you choose not to pay these fees, your order will be returned to Ashlee Jamie Art. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping costs, provided that the item remains in its original condition. 

All items are declared at their purchase value for export. Under no circumstances will we alter or falsify documentation upon request.
