Thank you for purchasing artwork from Ashlee Jamie Art. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

1.Eligibility for Returns and Refund

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • Damage during transit: If your print arrives damaged due to shipping mishandling, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Defective product: If your print has significant flaws or defects that existed present before shipping, we will provide a replacement or a refund. 

 

2. Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

  • Damage during transit: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged print. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage for our assessment.
  • Defective product: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the faulty print. Photographic evidence may be required to process your request.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns and refunds are not accepted for the following:

  • Change of mind: If you decide you no longer want the artwork or it does not meet your personal preferences.
  • Accidental Damage: If the print is damaged due to mishandling or accidental causes after delivery. 
  • Unauthorized modifications: If the print has been altered, modified, or tampered with by the customer.
  • Original works: Refunds are not available for original artwork. 

 

4. Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at ashleejamieart@gmail.com with your order details, including the order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and may require photographic evidence to verify the damage or defect.
  • We will notify you of our decision based on the condition of the product.

Please note that our artist prints are created and handled with care. Prints are checked multiple times and photographed prior to shipping to ensure quality and damage control. If your case for a return and/or refund has been approved, shipping costs for the return will be the customers responsibility.
